בית מוטי ארגמן נבנה בעיירת-נופש ציורית במערב-גרמניה, בסמיכות מיידית למספר אתרי-סקי ולפארק שעשועים מהגדולים באירופה, על הציר שבין הערים דורטמונד ופאדרבורן.

הוא משתרע על אדמה פרטית ששיטחה 695 מטרים רבועים.

ניתן להשתמש במבנה כולו כבית רחב-מידות לצרכי מגורים, עבודה ונופש, או לחלק אותו לשתיים עד שלוש יחידות אוטונומיות בגדלים שונים.

גודלו הכולל של הבית בן חמשת המפלסים (יחד עם שני המוסכים, חניית הלקוחות, חדרי השירות והסטודיו) מגיע ללמעלה מ- 440 מטרים רבועים.

יש בו 11 חדרים ושלושה חדרי מקלחת ושירותים.

שטח חדרי המגורים שבו הוא 242,5 מטרים רבועים לערך. אליהם יש להוסיף את עליית הגג המרווחת שגודלה כ- 78 מטרים רבועים, מרחב שאותו ניתן להפוך בקלות יחסית לדירת מגורים נוספת.

שני המוסכים הסגורים וחניית-הלקוחות הפתוחה משתרעים על שטח של 18 מטרים רבועים (3x6) כל אחד.

The Location:

A very nice tourist village (population: around 2900 people) in an area called Hochsauerland, between the cities of DORTMUND and PADERBORN.

Several shopping facilities of the daily needs are within this village, as well as two banks, post office, a gas-station with garage and carwash, and so on. In addition there are also a lot of tourist attractions in this area, such as an entertainment park, museums and activities options, like winter and summer sports facilities.

You get there by the highway A46 in only 5 minutes, and it is quite close to the Netherlands and to Belgium (less than 100 miles away), as well as to Luxemburg (125 miles), France (around 150 miles), Switzerland (265), Austria (280), Czech Republic (200), Poland and Denmark (each 280 miles). Though there is no speed limit on German highways, you will be able to reach these countries all within just a few hours…

The Area:

We built this house in the year 1994 in a great landscape of mountains and forests, on a land of 695 m². It is the highest ground of a new settlement at the edge of a wood, near to a travelers route and a jogging way. The 21 m² sunny wood porch in the south is mostly roofed and has a natural stone wall at its edge. In addition, this house has an underground system of collecting rain water into a 3000 liter tank, to feed the garden, the washing machines and all three restrooms. The Design of the garden and planting is still not finished, and can easily be changed, according to the preferences of the new-or-you owner.

The Way It Is Built:

A very generous room division, very massive walls of 45 cm depth, made of cemented bricks with great isolation stuffs, fully coated by beige – colored stones, so called “Holland-Klinker”, heavy woody windows, doors and beams. The roof and walls by the garages are extra strong, to allow the building of an additional porch.
